After facing a serious issue with my previous orders — where my specific allergy instructions were repeatedly overlooked — I was genuinely disheartened and had decided not to order again. However, the response I received this time from the WOW Chicken Belgharia team completely changed my perspective.

I was personally contacted by the store manager, Miss Subhasree Raha, who was not only kind and empathetic but also deeply professional. She listened attentively, acknowledged the error, explained how it happened, and sincerely apologized on behalf of her entire team. More importantly, she arranged for my previous order to be sent to me again — this time, completely free and paid for by the company as a gesture of goodwill, reaffirming their values and commitment to customer care.

The delivery itself was another pleasant surprise. The food was brought to me not by a delivery agent, but by one of their main team members, Mr. Rahul Pramanik. When I asked his name to acknowledge him in this review, he humbly requested that I mention all four core team members at the Belgharia branch, saying, “It’s a team effort — not just me, but all of us are here to take care of you.” That statement alone spoke volumes about the integrity and unity of the team.

Now coming to the food: it was exceptional — honestly better than ever before. The burger was flavorful and made exactly to specification — no mayonnaise, as instructed — and it tasted delicious. The fried chicken was fresh, juicy, and seasoned perfectly, with a quality that rivaled high-end restaurants. Portion sizes were more than sufficient, and the overall experience was flawless.

I recently ordered the Tandoori Chicken Grilled Burger and Fried Chicken with Peri Peri Fries, but unfortunately, my expectations were not met. While the burger was average, the fried chicken was subpar in terms of taste and texture, appearing overcooked and underportioned. Furthermore, the Peri Peri Fries lacked seasoning altogether. To make matters worse, the entire order was delivered cold, which compromised the overall quality of the meal. I'm sharing my experience to caution others against making a similar purchase. Considering the substandard quality and value for money, I would advise potential customers to explore alternative options.

Ordered peri peri fried chicken received fried chicken with just a little pinch of peri peri, its not possible, pathetic outlet, whole packet of peri peri masala was not used, i have added the photo and please decide was it a peri peri fried chicken!!! Dont ruin experience of your customers

Edit 1 - Today ordered again got 1 Rotten Chicken and normally packed Mayonnaise instead of Mayonnaise pack

The manager is saying they always provide normal Mayonaise, not the paccked Mayonaise
