The only thing good about this place is the decorations, ambiance of this place is next level worst it's too crowded without proper management people are standing behind your chair while you're eating for holding the table, music is very bad, it's soo crowded that you can barely breath and that's why there is no way for wind to pass through, they should atleast install some alternatives others it's too hot to sit there. Disappointing service. The staff was unprofessional. Only 1 person taking orders from the entire floor. He couldn’t care less when we wanted to ask few things. He doesnt even know whats in the menu and whats not. Order 2 items and 1 drink which doesnt come before 45 mins. Only when we said we are leaving in 5 mins the food came. Giving two star only cause the food was okayish. Otherwise place deserves 1 star only because of service....

Atmosphere and ambiance is wonderful. But it is hard to reach on the roof top 😂 Have to step 4 floors and there is no life in the building.

Can see the stunning night view of RagunathGanj and good lighting setup is there on the roof top.
