No one came to our table for taking orders for 15 minutes, when I called she is asking oh no came to your table to take orders? Previous customers used bottle was not taken from our table Plates and water bottles are not placed for us timely. Ordered some starters and then a friend rice, fried rice was served within a minutes which was not hot at all, when I asked they again reheated the fried rice and gave it. (Plates were not served till they bought rice to our table) Sunday prime time they saying Tandoori salads are out of stock Waiter didn't take note of our orders , inbetween she coming and asking us what you have ordered again. Schezwan fried rice - 3/5 (reheated) tandoori - 4/5 Hairali tikka - 1/5 (so rough) Glassy honey wings 1/5 (rough) Falooda - 4/5

Waiter girls don't know how to handle customers -plates not placed on time -before serving starters they serving main course that too before placing plates -water cups was not placed and water bottles as well -inbetween they say chilly sauce was out of stock and giving us. Sauce packet that was available for parcels without even cutting it. -waiters are taking personal calls in restaurant and speaking foul language inside restaurant

Guys serious issue, Ordered Prawn biriyani, But served with chicken bones in it, ordered shawarma and they given the spoiled food with bad smell, asked the server and they doesn't even care about our health and talking very rude in harsh manner, also lot of lies, servers acting like owners and owner hiding somewhere. also they trolling us like they cheated us successfully with old food and laughing with rude attitude. Even that's ok, what about health, For sure we will suffer a lot if eat that. Never seen such worst in all hotel in my entire life.
