Swiggy delivery man reached the primisis within 5mins and he waited for more than 1½hours till 2pm. I called A2B several times for asking why delay but no one attended my phone call. And then i called swiggy delivery man he told he is waiting at A2B from 1½ hours, billing section man is handling only direct customers not considering online orders as their customers and then he gave his mobile phone to someone in billing section and i spoke to the person working in a2b, he said all customers are important for us and he told he will send the order in 10mins but even after 30mins nothing happened. So I raised this issue to swiggy customer service and cancelled the order and ordered food from another good restraunt.
