I visited this hotel yesterday and had a very poor experience. There was only one server handling everything. I ordered tandoori chicken and was made to wait for 20 minutes—with just an empty banana leaf in front of me the whole time.

What made things worse was that they were prioritizing Zomato delivery orders over dine-in customers. When I asked about the delay, the staff casually said the server was busy with Zomato and didn’t even apologize or assure me it would be ready soon. Instead, the owner was chatting on the phone and seemed uninterested in customer service.

After a long travel from Bangalore to Chennai airport from thr to Thiruvottiyur metro, while walking to the restaurant I am explaining to my wife that first time in my life I have tasted kothu parotta here (20 years before), I am taking my family first time here, ordered food and got in time everything was fine except songs kept very loud sound got a headache mild sound is appreciable, wash area also good can improve, Low sound please, If low sound we can enjoy songs and also food. Worst food.. no taste except spice . I ordered a dosa which was given to me half burnt. When complained to the server, she said nothing but smiled and went away.. I then kept it away and tried egg biriyani.. the biriyani was full of outer garlic shells.. They prepared biriyani without peeling off the garlic..
