Hot Chips Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Zone 13 Adyar

I believe it's a Franchise. I have given 3 star not to show them bad but they can improve the facilities so that they can attract more customers and serve them better.

Pros: Prime location and access.

Cons Poorly maintained, when we entered, the entire restaurant was completely wet, due to rain slashed inside through windows!! Coz water slashed inside in the morning. Cleanliness, we went upstairs to use rest room, kitchen was open, not so good and not so clean!! They have kept all chapathi preparing open. They have poorly maintained toilet, not so much maintenance. Self service kitchen was not so clean, even the food preparation persons didn't wear gloves and head cover, not so clean. We had mini tiffin but it was not so good, as it was almost cold, sambar was not warm.. evem coffee preparation is kept open, staircase looks down and easily dust can fall off from people walking upstairs or if they sneeze.

I kindly request hot chips as well as franchise upgrade the facility and cleanliness, as it will bring more customers and business.

Please do it as service, and customers like will support you and take care of you. But not like the present state of affairs.

Very worst response from the cashier,the person who is giving the bill is very worst,I don't know how hot chips keeping like this employee,Very rude behaviour and not listening what customer saying and since he is in tha cash counter and doing billing and asked us to take token but he don't know about the availability of dishes and I have came with my family and his behaviour is very worst I didn't expect this from Hot chips, I know about hot chips and it's brand ur product are good but at the same time make the employee also good teach them how to behave with customer because since this is food industry customer service should be good but In hot chips food is good but customer...

25.Rs Coffee... And it tastes awesome... For all coffee lovers.... This is the best place for it. And the big news is they have a PARKING LOT. with security guard assistance to reverse and park. I have tried pongal and masal dosa. They are delicious too. I have no compliants on this place... They are reasonably priced. And not so expensive comparing to other Veg only restaurant. Best for middle class family people like me. The only suggestion I have is to use good quality cleaning materials. As they still use a dirty cloth to wipe the table. But other than that food and specially coffee is better . I hope you enjoy it too......
