Dindigul Thalappakatti Restaurant — Restaurant in Zone 14 Perungudi

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dindigul Thalappakatti restaurant Pallikaranai branch chennai. I ordered Plain Biryani and Gun Fire Chicken. The Gun Fire Chicken was average at best – the chicken did not seem fresh, had minimal taste, and I even noticed blood spots and improperly cleaned parts, which was very off-putting.

With the Plain Biryani, they served salna and raita. Unfortunately, the raita had a rotten smell and was clearly not fresh.

They were promoting a “Summer Chillz Special” for May 12th - June 15 and I tried to order the Mango Pudding that is not available. Then I chose Tender Coconut Pudding from the menu they provided that also unavailable.

I raised my concerns with someone who seemed to be either the chef or a server. They went to check in the kitchen, but never came back with a response. I felt completely ignored and frustrated, which is why I'm leaving this review.

I recently visited pallakaranai branch the ambience of hotel was good, but food is not good as I expected. Most of foods was not available was they printed in the menu card, I ordered one sweet veg corn soup , the taste of soup is very worst and served without salt and ordered one mutton biriyani ,plain dosai ,alfagam chicken barbeque , taste and quantity wise biriyani is ok but they given only 3 small mutton pieces in this price range it's not fair and come to barbeque it's totally over cooked and served with very low quantity , taste also not good. Visited today, ordered veg meals.... wondered... since when chapathi became part of Andhra veg meals.. then for the chapati... with what I should have i don't know... later they got veg kurma an told its for chapathi..meanwhile I had chapathi with the poriyal they gave.. there was no curd given .. had to ask .

Then came their stunner.. The special falooda... it was not at all good..it didn't have sevai... there was lot of sugar syrup poured frozen sabja seed ice pieces. Which totally irritated the whole taste. Felt like biting into crushed ice. On the whole the worst falooda I ever had... special falooda not worth to order.
