McRennett — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Pathetic.. Customer experience. The staff (especially the lady at the counter) has no sense of customer care and has a very rude behaviour.

For such a huge brand, it's disappointing to see that McRenett doesn't care to teach their staff how to behave.

Today I had hurried to the Pallikaranai outlet to get some things for my sick son to make him feel better. It was 7:50pm, however the lady behaved very rudely and asked us to take something and leave, as she wanted to close the shop.
