Madurai Bun Parotta — Restaurant in Zone 15 Sholinganallur

The taste of all the food is too good, but after 2 hrs, stomach burns so much whenever I have food here.

I had parotta and chicken salna one day, it was very tasty. Chicken fried rice is also superb, and boti was also so good. I had chicken kotthu parotta and kalaki here, it was also awesome.

But as mentioned before, stomach is getting upset and it's for all the days whenever I eat here. So this place is good to enjoy the taste in a minimal quantity and if you have acidity or any indigestion issues, it would suggest eating somewhere else.

Foods are extra spicy here due to the addition of pepper flavour, the hotel should reduce the spice/kaaram in all the foods. Waiting time is high due to lack of servants.

Overall once in a while, we can eat here say monthly twice since stomach is getting upsetted due to the food here. Taste wise it's too good! And the price is...

For take out, I ordered chapathi, bun Parotta, pepper chicken gravy, and prawn fry.

First the service is very bad. The servers and young boys are not responding to the customers and Zomato partners in proper way. The packaging area is unhygienic. The persons in the packaging area are also unhygienic.

Chapathi was hard and reheated too much it became like appalam. Pepper chicken - they have one gravy base for all the gravies , for gravies they are using fried pieces of chicken ( mostly lollypop pieces) , the taste is bad. Prawn fry - already cooked prawns they are reheated in the tawa with onions and pepper . It is very smelly. I think they are reusing the prawns from the lunch menu. Bun Parotta - it was the only decent thing in this hotel .

Once it was a decent hotel with decent food . Now both the taste and hygiene went...

Their Bun parotta was good, the sherva was not upto the mark but manageable. They gave us chicken gravy that is given with meals which was better. Kalakki was ok. Chicken Fried Rice had no complaints. Egg Kothu parotta was neatly made and looked and tasted good. Price was 15rs per parotta. We ordered 9 parottas, 1 chicken Rice, 1 egg kothu and 2 kalakkis which came upto 355₹. The place is nice and airy in the afternoon. Not sure how it would be in the night. Good parking space. They did not accept tips which...
