If you ask me about this place, I honestly wouldn't give such a low rating. The place itself is very low profile from the outside, you won't see any fancy sign but once you got to the restaurant itself is quite huge with many seating area you can choose. It is a bit dark though and the music was too loud, but in terms of the food they were Ok! Just like any other Ampera, you can choose variety of side and main dishes where the servant wil reheat or cooked them. There are also kids playground and a comfy outdoor seating under the trees for you to enjoy coffee after the main course. Praying room is available but what I do have to comment about is that they need cleaning service staff! the cleanliness of toilet and whole area need more...
Read moreThe service quality of this place was at worst! Wa wait for over than 30 minutes just to get our order that simply just reheated at the kitchen. I asked twice to the waiter (after 20 minutes waiting) and my order had not been refried, just waiting inline in the kitchen while the restaurant was barely occupied, only 5 tables are.
The waiters said that the gas are empty so they can’t reheated everything. When I asked why they didn’t inform us earlier, a waiter with angry face and didn’t even look at me answered “when you ordered the gas is on and then it empty and off” not a single sorry word at all. What a terrible restaurant with a terrible service from the waiters. No wonder it almost empty...
Read moreThis used to be my favorite restaurant. But now, it needs serious improvement. Rice was not ready and needed to wait for 20 minutes. Usus (most favourite menu) was sold out (I would have stocked this item more than other items, if I were the manager). Daun pohpohan for lalapan was not available. Es campur was served with the thumb of the waiter, accidentally, dipped in it when serving it on the table 😅.
I really hope this restaurant can get back on its feet soon and we will come back...
