After watching google and searching warung, we decided to go and give it a try. Portions are very big, very cheap and food taste is great. I dont see any reason for comments like "food is nothing special and would not bother to come back"? Tourists on Bali (and on many other places) are expecting Hilton food for $3. But nobody is complaining for 3€ crappy coffee in Paris, New York, London... If you are looking for nice food, very tasty, local, with juice from fresh fruits and nice deserts - go there. Waiting time is little longer but be patient and have respect for people who are serving you 3€ meal that costs in your country 30€. We entered cause of so many locals that where inside and ended up sitting here 4 evenings in a row enjoying awesome local food and great fresh juices for really affordable prices.
The staff is really friendly and prepares you really good food fresh and nice prepared. If you like local food and ad well want to try local traditional drinks you can have that here without any negative aspect.
If you look for a quiet place maybe this is not a good option cause it is near the main road but if you want to try good local food you should stop...
