Kurnia Indian Resto — Restaurant in Bali

The worst "restaurant" I've been to in three years of living in Bali. Many times passing by this place I saw that tourists were brought there by buses, then looked at their rating on Google maps 4.9 and of course decided to visit it

Apart from me and two tourists there was no one in the hall, the staff was running around the hall, they were playing like children, but they are children, the menu was served dirty, the table and chairs were all dirty, the atmosphere inside was the simplest. The prices are like in a restaurant, even higher than in good Indian restaurants. I ordered Masala tea, the price is more than 50 rupees and I expected that for this price they would bring a teapot, but they brought a cup of some liquid vaguely similar to Masala tea

I ordered a cheese dose in the photo it looked good, the price is twice as high as the same dish in an excellent Indian cafe, but when they brought it I didn't even want to eat it, it's awful, the dishes, the presentation, the taste, everything is disgusting. The cheese inside didn't even straighten out because it's not cheese but a product made from palm oil. I paid without eating and left, I shouldn't have paid, you can't pay for something like that. Now I understand that only hungry Indonesian tourists who are brought there can eat this and think that it's Indian cuisine, they put marks raising their rating, and they need to be closed. A normal person won't eat this....

Average and costly

Pav bhaji was a joke. They gave the bhaji in a very small bowl! On top of that, it tasted more like vegetarian korma than pav bhaji.

Masala papad also ok.

While Paneer tikka was tasty but we had asked Paneer tikka masala to be mild, but still gave it spicy.

Only really good thing was dal tadka and saffron rice.

Customer service and ambience was great.

The best place to have Indian restaurant in Bali. We met Mrs. Yessy, she gave the best experience of Indian food with same delicious flavours as of India. We never thought of having such delicious Indian food outside India. I strongly recommend for every Indian visitor to come and have Indian food here in this restaurant so that you enjoy Bali without missing...
