Lilly by The Sea — Restaurant in Bali

I will be their neighbour so I am coming to this area several times to check my land. Always bring my dogs as this is a beach front area. The food is nothing special to be honest but I come here for brunch nearby. But last time I came here, they don’t allow dog anymore and the manager (PIC) is super duper unfriendly not even looking at me and just shook his head over and over to show that I can’t bring dogs anymore here. Hey guys you are in a hospitality industry the least you can do is giving that attitude to a guest. I am not staying here but I am a customer/guest in your restaurant. I regularly have a staycation and think about staying here but no more. I will also spread the words how awful the staffs here to my network. We came here 3 times to have breakfast, lunch, drinks and diner because we were staying in a nearby stance. First day, ok (quite expensive for indonesian standards, but “fair” as far as prizes were known). 2nd day they recognized us and after asking us where we were staying at they started overprizing services: that same day we were told some services could no be paid by card (they could be paid by these means the day before) and, of course, they did not have small money to give us back, so we ended up overpaying; day 3 the prize of some services was directly doubled (from 52.000 to 100.000 rupias) due to “new rules”. We decided not to have the drinks we planed to have there for that afternoon and not to come back again even if we were staying by for another week. They lost many meals and drinks...
