This restaurant is stunning! From the ambiance, to the staff and ofcourse the food! Everything is perfect!

Because we were staying at the hotel, we had lunch, dinner and breakfast here! All which were lovely! The menu is really broad including a variety of Indoneisan cuisine and other intercontinental choices!

I have a nut allergy and all the staff knew about this and made sure everyrhing I ate was nut free! I really felt safe and could relax!

They were also really tentative when one of us was not feeling very well, letting us know they could cook with less oil/less fatty! Which made us feel at home!

All the staff are extremely kind and friendly! I have truely never experienced anything like it! Everyone made us feel very welcome and special!

I could really recommend the avocado tosst for breakfast, it tasted really refreshing! And the “blackened chicken” for dinner! Which had so many different flavours!

Everytime we came in for lunch or dinner, we were welcomed with an amuse-bouche which was delicious! My favorite was the watermelon tartar in a crispy nori cup!

Overall a really nice setting to eat! The restaurant is open on all sides which makes you feel as if you are eating in the jungle!

Tip: go to their rice field lookout terrace for gorgeous pictures (that are not...

This restaurant really hits different! The ambiance, the staff and the food!

We had lunch, dinner and breakfast here and tried out a bunch of different things! When you come in for lunch or dinner you are welcomed with an amuse-bouche which was delicous!

For someone with an allergy (nut) I had no worries throughout my time here. All the staff knew about my allergy and made sure everything I ordered did not contain nuts! They also took care of us when one of us was unwell. Cooking with less oil to make it less fatty, felt like a very warm experience!

The menu ranges from Indonesian cuisine to intercontinental flavours (for all: breakfast, lunch and dinner)! I can really recommend the avocado toast for breakfast whic was really refreshing! And their “blackend chicken” for dinner which had so many different flavours to it!

The ambiance is also really something else! It feels very luxe and relaxing as you are surrounded by a jungle atmosphere! It is an open restaurant which makes it feel very open!

You can even walk to the hotels private rice field lookout deck for pictures!!!

For lunch and Dinner (starter and main) together: 800.000 indonesian rupiah per person.

Lunch cost us: approx 400.000...

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Bali fine dining menu at Maniq Restaurant, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, every single course was perfectly balanced and flowed seamlessly into the next, creating a true culinary journey.

Each dish was a symphony of flavors, masterfully combining local Balinese influences with refined international techniques. The freshness of the tuna in the Rujak, the depth of the Klimoto risotto, the tenderness of the Wagyu, and the heavenly desserts were all unforgettable highlights.

What impressed me most was how harmoniously the courses were aligned—every flavor built upon the last without ever overwhelming the palate. It truly felt like a thoughtfully curated experience, not just a meal.

The presentation was equally outstanding: perfectly portioned, bite-sized creations that allowed me to savor every element without ever feeling too heavy. It was a genuine explosion of taste, and each bite felt purposeful and exciting.

Without a doubt, this was one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve ever had. Maniq has created something truly special here—a perfect blend of creativity, authenticity,...
