AVOID I feel sorry for the chicken that died for making my chicken satay. I feel sorry for the farmers that worked hard for the vegetables that were in our dishes. Their lives and work would have been better spent elsewhere.
I even feel almost sorry for the staff that has to serve this food knowing that it must be bad.
The satay was cold when it arrived. The scrambled egg was cold and rubbery when it arrived. The peanut satay was not good. The vegetables were old and devoid of any flavor they were supposed to have. This was the most flavorless nasi goreng of my life.
Please avoid this place. Your driver has probably taken you here. If you are reading this before ordering, it's not too late to leave now. Your belly, your wallet, the chickens and the farmers will thank you.

Read moreLocated next to a busy road, this restaurant is the definition of a tourist trap. They have a great atmosphere and decor with a nice view of the rice paddies but that's where the excitement ends. If your assigned a table next to the road, you will smell a strong gust of petrol fumes from nearby passing cars and bikes every other minute. I highly recommend a table closer to the paddies if you have a choice. In order to try their Western and local flavored dishes, we ordered the carbonara, Soto Ayam and Kare Ayam. The carbonara is acceptable since it's Western food in Bali so you can't expect much. The Soto Ayam and Kare Ayam were just so so and left alot to be desired. If your looking for tasty food there are plenty of other warangs in the area so you should probably head...

We ordered a chicken betutu or something similar for 120 k and a shrimps with coconut sauce for 104 k, and a limon tea for 30 k which tasted as if it was concentrated. Of course this price has not applied service or taxes, so an extra 15% will be added. The chicken was dry and in the shrimps plate there were exactly 5 shrimps and the plate was quite small.
As many other comments say, this is a place for lost tourists which don't know the prices of the local food in common places.
I give two stars because the place and the...
