Old Muse — Restaurant in Bali

This place is just great. It's a little hidden gem on the backstreets away from all the hussle and bussle of the main street. It's on a slightly narrow road, which means it can be a little hectic outside when cars are trying to bypass one another but adds to the affect.

The owner and her staff are great. Really attentive and feel like nothing is too much for them to do.

The food is great and the coffee is great. Oat milk flat white made perfectly.

I had their breakfast one day which was great and another day the breakfast burrito. Both delicious.

The fruit platter is not for me, however my partner enjoyed it so that's fine. I'm just not a fan of melon or pineapple but if you are then it's fine.

If I am in the area again I will definitely be coming here to enjoy the food, the drink and the quiet that this place gives out.

I had to write a review because I've been here everyday since I arrived in the area. My first visit was because of the review I read.

My first meal was the chicken marinara pasta. It was so good I forgot to get a picture. Since then I've been in daily for at least coffee.

The staff and the views from here are pleasing. You will always be greeted with a warm smile followed by anything you want.

The food is tasty. The chefs take their work seriously and with pride. I've been more than pleased with the flavors. I'll be here a month or 2 and it will be hard passing even if only to say hello. If you're in the area this should be a go-to restaurant. Breakfast and dinner. You can other on grab and gojek.

I stayed at the villa RIGHT ACROSS from this cafe so I was excited and giving it a try. I ordered two coffee and a mango sticky rice TAKE OUT. And it took over 20mins for 3 items. They cater to white tourists than other races tourists. I went inside and order and came outside sat down and wait. Saw these two other white tourists walk in and sat down and ordered the coffee and food. Tell me why their food and drinks came before mine? Not to mention, the mango sticky rice has absolutely no flavor! Save your money and go elsewhere!! STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. You are better off ordering...
