I eat at Prana kitchen most days, sometimes multiple times a day, hereās an honest review of the dishes I like and dislike. I am vegetarian so only ordered veg. Remember everyoneās tastes and preferences are different.
Dislikes: almond Syrniki. Strange texture, felt heavy and hard to digest. carrot cake. Happy there was a lot of carrot but too much toppings confused the taste of the dish Dubai chocolate bar : too strong for me intense taste of dark chocolate and very heavy to digest chia pudding. Could have soaked a bit more so less runny.
Loves: protein chocolate muffin: perfect texture and for the listed macros itās extremely satisfying and perfect sweetness level. Didnāt feel tired after this waffles: any combination because the actual waffle is spongy, tasty, can actually be eaten alone without toppings itās that good. oatmeal : really tasty lots of flavour and not too sweet, filling and satisfying! classic crepes: thin, light, good for breakfast because wonāt weight you down, very energising actually felt great after this. European standards good! banana chocolate protein shake: I hate protein shakes but this place doesnāt sweeten them. You can add your own sweetener if you like but this is the first chocolate protein shake Iāve had in my life that isnāt sweet but you can taste the true cocoa and natural flavour of the ingredients
Price is a little expensive for what you get, maybe not worth the money for some. For me I like it because itās consistent. overall itās a good choice for those that are health conscious and want a variety of nutrients...

The menu has so many great options, from wraps and bowls to protein waffles, and everything Iāve tried has been amazing. Delivery is fast, service is reliable, and the quality is always consistent. Highly recommend for anyone looking for clean, tasty, and wholesome...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey claim the porridges are gluten free but they arenātā¦makes me doubt about the other meals. They also use such poor quality of ingredients for the oatmeal. They are ok with switching to almond milk but again, only sweetened and both milk brands they are using are full of garbage. Definitely not worth the price. I suggested them yesterday to update their labels and they havenāt done so. Not sure if they ever will so if you have a sensitive stomach, just be...
