Uma Restaurant — Restaurant in Bali

We went there with kids ordered few drink before we order food. Few mins later we paid the staff who got our order came over to us and said payment was rejected even it was approved on our bank transaction. So we explained to the guy and he brought another staff who was very rude and ruin our day at the safari. She told us the transaction was cancelled. We showed her the history of transaction and she blamed us my husband took out the card before it showing transaction approved even we saw the transaction approved on the card machine. Also it was the staff who got our order and took out the card from the machine! She was staring at my husband and told him it is our fault. She brought their manager and we had to explain again show them the transaction. We were too tired and kids were exhausted so we didn’t want argument. So we said we are just going to leave whether the transaction is gojng to be cancelled or not and said we didn’t want that drinks. The manager said the drinks are already made and the transaction will be cancelled, he said he is sure 90% for that and don’t write a bad review. Next day the transaction was cancelled. And I found out 2days later the transaction was made again even we didn’t have the drink. How can they cancel the transaction and make it again even it’s not their card? Disappointing Experience at Uma Restaurant

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Uma Restaurant located in the heart of Bali Indonesia . As an avid fan of Indian cuisine, I was expecting a taste of authentic India, but unfortunately, the food fell woefully short. The dishes I ordered lacked even a hint of the bold flavors and spices that Indian food is known for. It was as if the chef had no understanding of the cuisine's nuances. The most alarming part was the undercooked chicken, which I complained about for the second time. It's unacceptable that basic food safety standards weren't met.

Given the restaurant's prime location, I hope the management takes constructive criticism seriously and works on revamping their menu and cooking techniques.

Uma Restaurant, it's a restaurant inside Marine Safari, this place was huge, clean, service also fast. 👍😋👏 the Duck Betutu was not too tasty and thr portion has come with a lot of rice and it came with only 1 peace of tight and also Crispy Duck it's about the same but it's crispy.
