The short version is don't ever visit this place, disgusting lack of hygiene and terrible service. Not to mention ridiculous prices.
Went here for lunch with a group. From the four dishes we ordered one was fish and chips which the fish was smelly and rotten. So we promptly sent it back and ordered another dish. While waiting for that dish to arrive the 3 other dishes were being eaten until inside the duck dish we found a big bug and promptly ended our meal and left the establishment. At the cashier we refused to pay for the fish and chips and the duck. The cashier has the appalling audacity to say that since we had eaten half of the duck that she would charge a discounted price rather than not charging us at all. Instead of feeling ashamed and saying I'm really sorry for serving you food with a bug in it she made it seem as though we were just trying to get a free meal.
In the end she didn't charge us for the fish and chips or the duck. But when she created the bill she did not give the 40% discount that we were told we would get. Instead she gave random and varying percentage between 25 and 30. Not wanting to waste any more of our time or energy we paid and left. Disgusting establishment and...
Read moreWorst meal I've ever had in Bali. Price: The price of food is at least 30% higher than the normal price on the island, and an additional 10% service charge must be paid. Service: There is no special service. Although there are few customers, the food is served very slowly, and an additional 10% service charge is required. Taste: The taste of the food is also very bad. The grilled fish is badly seasoned, the fried shrimp is greasy, and there are many disgusting little bugs flying on the plate. Environment: This is the only point that is barely excellent. I suggest you choose a window seat when eating and stare at the scenery at the foot of the mountain, which will make...
Read moreA tourist trap. With the excuse of advertising traditional Balinese, Indian, and Western food, it looks like a good place to stop from the road, but it's the worst place we've eaten in our eight days in Indonesia so far. It's expensive, the food is scarce, and the quality is average. You also get extra charges on your bill, such as a 10% additional tax, a 10% service charge, and a 3% additional charge if you pay by card. The worst part is the hygiene: there's no running water in the bathroom, and I couldn't wash my hands after using the toilet and before eating! We don't recommend it to...
