Saya salah satu customer regular yg dtg ke semana, bawa anak2 dan kluarga juga sering. Nah smpat kmren saya mampir krn kebetulan lewat mau ke ubud, bawa temen saya dan dia bawa anjing frenchy yg udh dipakein tali leher dan digendong pula. Frency kecil ya dan bersih juga krn emg bukan anjing yg dilepas. Begitu masuk saya nanya bisa duduk dimana klo bawa anjing, Bisa ga dibelakang yg ada rumput2 dan open space lah, biar ga ganggu org yg ga suka anjing. luas gitu kan tempatnya open space, jdi saya fikir bisa lah dikasi duduk dipojokan mana gitu, tapi mba yg didepan malah nunjuk keluar deket pintu masuk dan bilang "taruh situ anjingnya, diiket, soalnya ada customer " dia nengok kearah halaman dan belakang yang luassss itu waktu bilang ada customer. Pdhl cuma 2 org . Disitu saya kecewa banget, saya kan juga customer dan malah selalu kembali kesana. Hampir seminggu sekali tiap ke ubud. Dan karena trakhir saya kesitu juga ada anjing yg maen2 disitu. Dan setau saya ini warung orang bali yg biasanya " menyukai/menerima "anjing. Jadi saya fikir bawa frency kecil yg sudah diiket dan digendong gitu ,dan saya minta dikasi duduk yg jauh pula biar org lain ga terganggu, tapi malah begitu pelayanan yg didapat. Saya Dan temen saya merasa sedih lah ya krn itu anjing nya sangat disayang dan emg dimana2 slalu dibawa dan tempat2 sekelas warung semana biasanya menyediakan malah tempat air minum utk anjing2 peliharaan para customer yg kebetulan diajak. Tapi saya hormati kalau memang itu adlh praturan dari warung semana, hanya saja ada baiknya tulis didepan dilarang membawa binatang peliharaan, jdi org yg melihat open space segede itu tau . Dan mohon utk karyawan nya di Latih lagi manner utk bicara ke customer. Tidak ada kata maaf tidak bisa bawa anjing atau gimana gitu, bukan Langsung main tunjuk keluar dan ketus. Jdi warung semana kehilangan customer setia kmren yaItu saya dan kluarga dan temen2 saya....

Came here for evening meal and was extremely disappointed. I asked for several things on the menu to be told they were all finished despite it being 6pm. I then resulted to ordering Pizza and Fries. The fries arrived with no pizza and when I asked where it was, was then told, we don’t have any after I’d already sat and waited.
