Solaria - Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Airport Sepinggan — Restaurant in Balikpapan

Had lunch here during transit and the food and drinks was surprisingly good.

I ordered adam goreng tom yam and a glass of teh Thailand ice. The rice was good, just have to remember to inform the cashier that no or less sugar for the drink as my the other friend ordered teh ice, he said the drinks is like a sugar drinks.

Lots of choices in their menu. Lots of seats as well, just it’s abit hot maybe aircorn spoilt in the day we had...

it's one of solaria restaurants, located in sepinggan airport. it's located around departure area, before the check in gate. so, it's quite convenient for the people who want to eat before taking off, or after arriving.

they have different menu. it takes a while for the food to be ready. their special fried rice is delicious. it's smoky, and savory. it has diced chicken, and sunny side up on top. it's spicy, but...

seminggu yg lalu beli nasi goreng seafood sama nasi goreng kepiting sebelum balik karena pesawat delay. makannanya enak, sesuai request juga minta 1 pedes, 1 enggak. tapi untuk pelayanannya jelek banget! kasir a/n amanda entah jabatannya di name tag itu spv atau apa saya kurang perhatikan banget, seharusnya service ke customer itu minimal senyum, sapa, ramah, bukan judes mbak!

fyi saya kerja juga di F&B 10th, hospitality itu penting banget loh. kalau melayani cust dengan ramah pasti customer juga seneng, terus bisa jadi nilai plus buat anda sendiri atau restoran tempat anda bekerja. kalau di judesin customernya ya sebel lah. kayak kita ni beli baik2, nggak banyak nanya ini itu cuma minta 1 pedes 1 enggak tapi dilayaninya begitu

semoga jadi evaluasi kedepannya deh ya buat servicenya, terutama kasirnya tadi yg jabatannya spv! kalau waitressnya kemarin ramah, saya minta take away pun dia senyum dan buat chefnya makasih udah masak nasgor fav ku di solaria. aku tetep suka...
