I really like this place — it’s definitely worth it, especially for the food. But sometimes the service has a few downsides. For example, the waitress didn’t inform us about some more budget-friendly options. Like when we asked for mineral water, they gave us Eternal right away, even though they actually have a more economical option — the water served in a pitcher, which you can share. That was a bit of a minus. One time, I noticed the Eternal water hadn’t been opened yet, so I asked if it could be swapped. They did replace it, but the waitress was a bit snappy about it. First timer here, visiting from jkt for an eid trip and was looking for a good matcha spot in town. I actually enjoyed their Matchanana (matcha with banana pudding) and thought I’d just get the pudding on its own. it’s clearly written on the menu.But when I asked, the cashier and server gave me attitude and said they don’t sell it, followed by a snarky “if we sell the pudding, we lose a portion of Matchanana.” Um… it’s literally on the menu? I didn’t just make it up 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Maybe update your menu if you’re not actually selling what’s written there?...

Had a great experience at Laid Back Café in Bandar Lampung!
