Diskus Cafe & Bites — Restaurant in Bandung City

Location: Located in Jalan Babakan Jeruk, precisely in the alley and the access sometimes quite hard especially on the weekend. There's only small parking lot. So, it is quite hard if you bring your own car.

Menu: There are many various of menu, but mostly they are chicken menu kinda like. I hope they will add beef or something. I came here several times. However, the taste of the food were different when the last time I visited this place. Kinda dissapointed because it lack in consistency. For the coffee, they are not bad, however just so so. Nothing special with the drink. I tried the tea as well and I was dissapointed because the taste was not strong enough. I mean I couldn't taste that tea.

Place: It is a minimalist cafe which has a white wall concept. I should admit it is a clean ambiance cafe. However, sometimes it is too noisy.

I saw others' reviews and saw the "unique food" part. Yes, I can confirm that some of their menu are unique 👍 (until mid-2019 their chicken tasted...weird? Please correct me if now it's good)

A good place for doing stuff and hang out, but if it were me I would only stay there for 2 hours max I guess? Not too spacy nor too small, but not much to explore eh (and the cashier can see you wherever you sit lol)

Karena lagi jenuh nongkrong di daerah yang itu-itu aja, saya pun melipir ke daerah Sarijadi untuk nyobain tempat nongkrong di sekitaran kampus Maranatha. Tempatnya berada di lantai dua sebuah food court gitu. Tempatnya didominasi oleh warna putih dengan pencahayaan yang cukup terang, lumayan ideal untuk dijadikan sebagai tempat berproduktif ria, tak heran jika sebagian besar pengunjungnya adalah mahasiswa yang tengah mengerjakan tugas perkuliahan.

Chicken Sambal Matah (30K) Menu ini berupa chicken pop corn yang disajikan bersama nasi putih, telur mata sapi, sayuran, dan sambal matah. Porsi menu ini sih pas banget, lumayan bisa bikin kenyang. Chicken pop corn-nya pun sangat generous, sepadan lah dengan harganya yang gak murah-murah amat. Sayangnya chicken pop corn-nya agak terlalu kering dan tepungnya agak terlalu tebal. Menu ini semakin tidak enjoyful karena sambal matahnya pelit banget, jadi kayak kurang mentrigger selera makan gitu. Belum lagi special request saya agar telurnya dimasak setengah matang pun tidak dilaksanakan. Agak kecewa sih sama menu ini.

Es Kopi Susu Pusy (18K) Menu ini menurut saya sih cukup unik. Awalnya saya mengira jika perpaduan antara espresso, susu, dan pink-essence ini akan bakalan aneh banget karena citarasanya yang kayak saling balap-balapan.
