Imperial Kitchen & Dimsum - Festival Citylink — Restaurant in Bandung City

We visited on September 8th at 8 PM. Our family of five placed an order that the manager in the blue shirt confirmed with us. While the rest of our food arrived on time, my wife's meal never came. After waiting 30 minutes, we called the manager over, and he realized he had forgotten her order.

What made this experience so frustrating was his complete lack of accountability. He offered no apology and didn't bother to explain the mistake. My wife was left watching us eat and finish our meals while she sat there hungry.

To make matters worse, when I spoke to him about the issue, he was still unapologetic. He claimed to have given us a discount on rice, but it wasn't on our receipt. This is simply unprofessional and...

salah satu tempat yang sering dikunjungi kalau ke FCL. ini resto chinese food tapi halal yaa.. untuk tempatnya sendiri tidak terlalu luas tp lumayan cukup banyak meja dan kursi. untuk rasa makanannya enak2 terutama dimsumnya sih. kalau untuk menu porsian menurutku porsinya ngga terlalu banyak yaa, tapi cukup kok untuk di sharing. menu yang selalu di order kalau kesini: gao zi (kaya pangsit/gyoza gitu di kukus terus di siram saos cuka asam. enakkk bangetttt), bapao telur asin, tim pangsit ayam jamur, hakau, siomay. oh iya mereka juga punya menu dimsum dengan harga spesial loh cuma Rp 9999 per porsi (menu nya suka ganti2) tapi hrs makan di tempat ya gabisa di bungkus hehehe. terus kalau di hari senin-jumat jam 3 sore ada juga menu es serut gitu harganya cuma 8000 aja! enak ini segerr wajib di coba sihh... kalau untuk pelayanannya masih oke lah, kadang cepet kadang lambat. terakhir kesana entah kenapa 1 menu lama banget ga keluar2 sampe akhirnya beres makan masih belum keluar jg, tp pihak sana baik ngebolehin di takeway padahal ini order menu yg ga boleh di bungkus. overall enak sih....

Quite expensive, small portion, and tastes good. Last time I tried "Siew Mai", "Mantao Goreng", and "Lumpia Ayam & Jamur" , all tastes good. Services were satisfying. The place was quite big, clean, and comfortable. Overall, still a good place to eat dimsum and Chinese food with your family.
