Bad customer service!! Ordered a T-bone steak. The server wrote down everything and read the order back to me to make sure he got it right. I said, yes that's what I ordered, then the server left and come back with my sweet ice tea. Waiting for my T-Bone steak for an hour, which I found out it’s ridiculously long time to wait, so I ask the other server to where my food is? To my surprise, the other server told me that they're out of T-bone steak. I told him, the other server told me that you guys have T-Bone steak, and how come no one told me this after I've waited for an hour? I insist to speak to the manager to straighten up the issue. Another surprise for me! The manager was so careless and unprofessional. Basically, he told me to order another steak and will not compensate me for any inconvenience what so ever not even an apology!? I will never go to this place ever again! Very bad service and the food isn't that great too. I will never recommend this place to friends and families after this unpleasant...

I used to come here as a child, finally ate here 2 weeks ago after 15 years. IMO the quality is much, much better. Both my wife and I ordered the Sirloin 200g and it tasted great for its price! We requested medium rare and the meat was perfectly pink throughout and is quite large. It's also legit meat instead of those Meltique steaks being served in a lot of steakhouses right now (artificially pieced to simulate the taste and juicyness of wagyu - which in my opinion has a weird texture). The Sirloins didn't have as much fat as I expected to be, though. But it's still good. The Chicken Fingers tasted nice but I can tell that it's been frozen for a while because the meat inside was very dry. Overall it was good food that's worth another visit. Glad to see them still doing well after all...

Coming here brings a lot of great memories. I used to frequent this place during my uni days, and the place seem to not have changed much - though the surroundings became more crowded. The resto is known to have affordable steaks and I am glad they honored it after all these decades. Steaks are not ‘super great’ but still lies in that place where you can say ‘this is a steak worth eating’. Service has never been super special, they waiter told me twice on stuff that they don’t have in the menu. 5 stars! Because they have been always reliable and the food is maintained at this quality. Will come again for...
