Quite good place to eat. However, the service is not that good. Been here for some time but the waitress are often neglectful. I ordered several menus but they forgot to write down one of my menus that not available in the “order card”, if not they forgot to cook the menu and customer need to asked again so, it is wasting my time to wait.

Moreover, the price in the receipts is not easy to understand. There are “Price”, “tax”, and “charges” label. Let say you order 1 lemon tea. The “price” is Rp7500, tax Rp1.500, charge Rp15000. Logically “charges” is Price+Tax. But, te receipts just doesn’t makes...

Best food with the best price. All foods are great taste and low prices. Not expensive though. Good for family dinner, meetings or just hang out with friends. Btw they have meeting room, compact ball room that u can rent for special ocassion. But unfortunately this cafe has no air con. They only use fans and compatible (small) air con. So if u like who cant stand hot, you will feel uncomfortable esp when you have steamboat in ur menu. But once again this place offers you good food with a great taste. Might come back...

Pesan ruangan main hall utk acara keluarga plus catering dan peralatan lainnya. Makanan yg enak adlh sop sehat ( capjai, nasi goreng, ayam goreng bawang cukup enak) Porsi makanan pesan utk 30 org, tp ternyata makanan yg disajikan tdk sampai 30 org. Porsi minuman jg pesan prasmanan utk 30 orang, malah dikasi BANYAK es batu nya...jd tamu blm ambil smua tp udh kehabisan. Pesan extra 15 porsi (ini beneran bayar per porsi) eh juga d kasih yg gak sesuai porsinya..pdhl gelas ny pake yg kecil. AC nya gak dingin sama sekali, pdhl d dlm itu gak jingkrak2 cm duduk doank..Harus d service kali ya.. Ruangan main hall banyak lalat..astaga...acara ditemenin sm lalat..pas d suruh kluarin lilin, bru kluarin lilinnya utk usir lalat. 😖 Waitress KURANG SIGAP, hrus ditegesin dulu baru gerak. Padahal udh bayar service tax nya 10 persen tp gak sesuai dgn pelayananya. Kalau ad mslh waktu acara, hrusnya managemennya ambil tindakan. Kalau pun g ad masalah, ttap control pelayanannya.

Klo utk makan pribadi sih mgkn lumayan, tp klo utk acara mikir2 lagi... Pelayanan perlu DITINGKATKAN jadi customer...
