We booked table of 8, arrived 30 minutes before our actual booking, we have to wait to be seated elsewhere, we need to find our selves a spot. Time to order our food. I put in my order at 4:15PM. We got our drinks at 5PM (9 drinks). We ordered SNACKS: 1 fries, 1 mendoan, 1 vegetable tempura ( mendoan came 1st about 5.15PM, fries 5.30PM later, NO NEWS on our vegetable tempura) THEN the incredible waiting time for our food started. At 6:30PM 1 food out (Seafood fried rice), At 7PM 1 food (tomyum without the rice) asking for the rice, no one coming back to give the rice so we can eat the tomyum while still hot. The rice finally came (in a 2 rice baskets) at 7:30PM without the plates. We have to asked again for the plates but they were not coming. At 8PM the rest of our order came out (1 gurame bakar 500gram, 1 udang goreng tepung, and 1 ikan bakar laut besar) with 6 plates only!!!!!! My GOD don't you have any sense of service to your costumers?!?!?! Disgusting!!! Taste of the food are wrong, seafood fried rice was too sweet, tomyum was like spicy curry, the ikan bakar was like a fish charcoal literally. Drinks was; the chocolate milkshake was like an ice chocolate, Es jeruk & jeruk panas was plain, can't taste the jeruk in it. The rest was just ok. Place was dirty, napkins are all over the floor. Grass was not maintained. Will NEVER comes back and NOT recommended this place to anyone.
P.S : we knew that our vegetable tempura is sold out just when we got all our order out. No one was bothered to let us know in advance. We also take away 2 dishes (turns out the bakwan was too mushy and the mie goreng was again too sweet)
The worst part no words of apology whatsoever, seems like this kind of services are NORMAL...
Read moreA new but already popular seaside garden restaurant at the Depok Lagoon with an artistic dining hall, a fish pond, outdoor tables and a large gazebo, a green garden and a dock for water rides (banana boat, jet ski, speed boat, passenger motor boat). A four-seat speed boat is available for IDR 180,000.-, and a passenger motor boat for IDR 20,000.-/person. A jet ski must be requested in advance. I and my family enjoyed lunch in a windy weather with rice, grilled seafish, crispy calamari rings, prawns, plecing kangkung, green mussels, an iced lemon, a hot lemon, iced and hot tea, ... it was perfect. The gelato was fine but here IDR 32,000.- for a small cup is expensive. Clean restrooms and musholla (moslem praying place). Motorbikes park along a narrow path to the lagoon. Cars park along nearby country roads. Buses can park at the new JJLS road 200 m away. Good free WiFi (3/5). When I was here, part of the outdoor dining area next to the dock was wet because the estuary was flooded, so the exotic tables were moved to...
Read morewent here after found this place in google maps. the place is great, next to laguna depok. initially the wind was very nice, but dunno why after magrib time seemed like the wind was stoping and felt very hot in this area. better visit this place near sunset for the better view. the accessibility also limited for 2 cars passing each other. pertaining to the food, to me it was bit salty for majority food i ordered. however, the price was make sense, i might said not expensive. the plus point, we can rent a small boat to see around the lagoon and the new bridge that just operated last year. parking lot is also spacious, no need to worry to park car or even motorcycle. please noted that the mushola is available but very limited, seems like the owner need to make this up to make it better. and to be honest, the life music was nice but too noisy, need to adjust the sound volume, so the visitor still can speak to each...
