I gave only three stars to this Waroeng Steak not because of the taste of the NZ sirloin steak served but because of the service of this waroeng. I ordered NZ rib eye with other food and drinks. After half an hour waiting for my rib eye steak, a waiter came to my table telling me that rib eye was not available. Why didn't they tell me at the first place? I changed my order to NZ sirloin steak and it took nearly another half an hour till it was served on my table. Before leaving the Waroeng, a waiter told me that there was a cashback available because the price of sirloin was less expensive than rib eye but it had to be done through my account because I paid by debit card.
