Ah yes , another good looking coffee shop with a great variety of drinks and a little bit disappointing option of food and this one particular menu of sadness of reality.
So , usually i comment about the food first , so here we go. This one specific menu that is called "steamed mushroom noodle" i ordered, tastes like groomed dissatisfaction , or probably tastes more like chicken hainan noodle of reality hits hard in your face. Looks like spaghetti, but it's too sticky noodle , need more oil to make the moodle not too sticky. Chicken texture is too broken , too cooked until it crumbles apart in your mouth, leaving unpleasant splints sized dry chicken muscle dissolve in your mouth.
Also , it's not "vegan only" , they have CHEESE bro , CHEESE. Vegan and vegetarian, know the difference. Vegan menu is available , vegetarian also available , and MEAT is definitely there.
Drinks is fine tho.
Place , it is really great and cozy. The combination of architecture and nature in indoor is pretty much makes people comfortable spending time here. It's definitely well decorated and well kept.
Staffs are looks friendly , just like usual thing, you order to them , and wait, then food served.
Also , place location is a little bit inside the shopping district , definitely can't be seen from the busy road since you need to enter the orchard park first, then enter the SOHO square.
Summary , might come back again , but not buying the steamed mushroom noodle...
Read moreCame here twice because we didn’t have desserts the first time. I didn’t even take pictures of all the food we ordered. We spent about 350k the first time we went, and 550k the second time we went cos we ordered so much more. My favourite was the quiche and the fried oyster mushrooms, very good. The satay was also superb. Their matcha could be made without sugar, and the coffee was really good. Aglio olio and bruchetta were average. The rice with the spicy local salad thing was really good if you like spicy food. It came with some tempeh satay which was thoroughly seasoned and flavourful. Desserts were served frozen, so we had to patiently wait for it to thaw and soften before eating. If you plan on getting desserts, order it at the start...
