Tried it again in August 14th
Now I'm trying the shoyu ramen and gyoza. The gyoza was nice but for the ramen... It's pretty much the same as the last time.
It's not as strong as I preferred it to be. The broth is too watery for me that I can only taste a hint of shoyu, even though ramen experience supposed to 70%-80% comes from the broth itself.
I also let them know when ordering to make sure the noodle is not overcooked. Now it's a bit better than the last time, but still not as firm as I expected them to be.
Aside from that, I also get a different seating which is pretty far back from the entrance. It's good and all but when I was there, I can smell something... Fishy(?)/smelly. So it's not really a pleasant experience. Maybe it comes from the waste after prepping the broth.
And I hope they also check their tableware as I got my cup of cold ocha, I noticed theres some kind of... Light brown spot(?) Around the cup. At forst I thought it's some kind of pattern of the cup. But when I tried to wipe it off, it's actually wiped off. So I assumed it's not properly cleaned. Please recheck the tableware before serving it to the customer. (The cup is now smaller and green colored, not like the one I photo before which is tall and clear)
Gonna have to lower my rating because of the experience. I can't really recommend the ramen, but the sides are...
Read moreWhen I arrived, the place was quite busy since it was dinner time, and I had to join the waiting list. At the front waiting area, a waiter was managing the guest list. Once it was my turn, I ordered directly from a touchscreen monitor provided at the entrance. The menu options were fairly limited, which made it quick and easy to choose.
After placing my order through the monitor and receiving a table number, I was directed to the cashier to make the payment—it's a pay-before-you-eat system. I ordered the Ori Men Beef, a beef ramen with a creamy and savory broth. The ramen was priced at IDR 67,000. A glass of cold ocha (green tea), which is refillable, was IDR 12,000.
Please note that these prices do not include 10% tax and a 6.5% service charge, which makes the final price for a bowl of ramen slightly more expensive than it initially seems.
Inside, the dining area offers both regular seating and traditional floor seating. There are also private rooms available for those who prefer a more private setting or need a space for meetings or hosting guests.
There is a parking area, but space is limited. However,...
Read moreThere’s a queue here but they moved fast, i didn’t even wait more than 10 minutes and there’s around 6 people in front of me. They’ll take your order when you queue, so make sure someone approaches you and take your order or you gonna get skipped.
The food is good portion for female but i think bit small for male. They have choices of side dish. I ordered oni men lv 2. Quite spicy, if you’re not used to spicy just order lv 1 or no spicy one. The noodles is nice and chewy, and the broth is thick and vagrant and so delicious. I dried my bowl, 😋 I also ordered kinoko katsu which is mushroom katsu, portion is enough for 1 person, crispy and freshly made.
There’s a mishap where my kinoko order gone to wrong seat, so make sure of the food they give you is yours before taking them. I paid Rp 90.000 for my food and ocha
Overall very good ramen, definitely came back again, and I’ll be trying...
