Platino Cafe and Resto — Restaurant in Central Java

Because on Eid days the roads in Solo were very congested, that's why I prefer to use a motorbike instead of a car to go anywhere, after the Park Mall I was hungry and immediately remembered a friend's recommendation to eat here, when I parked my motorbike and entered the restaurant area, no one greeted me even when I sat for about 2 minutes no waiter came over, I finally came to ask for a menu and it turned out that the waiter was busy playing on his cellphone at once I felt annoyed, is it because I came to this place by motorbike? then I ordered food and drinks, when my macchiato came it didn't come with sugar, when the barbeque chicken steak came I had to ask for a knife because I was only given a spoon and fork, this is something very ridiculous and the worst thing is when we are eating a lot of employees are joking and shouted loudly, to be honest it really bothered me, I don't know what happened to the service at this place with a restaurant of this size the food and drink products are also delicious but the service is very very bad and of course I as a customer are very disappointed, because what I pay should be...

Food is decent, but overpriced for the quality. the place and the environment is great for chilling out and hanging out with friends. sadly the service is very poor, we waited for 1 hour for the food and when it comes out the foods are already cold. One of the waiter got mad at us when we decide to change our orders twice, he literally slammed our plates on the table when serving us. Afterwards , the way he talked to us is pretty harsh and not in a formal way. overall, if you want to try this restaurant, go ahead, the food is pretty decent, but don't expect to get the best customer...

We arrived at around 6.30pm, wasnt busy and there was no greeting until we had to ask if we should just pick any seat and if its going to be a table service. But once we are seated, the waitress has become more attentive and helpful. We ordered 3 meals and taste great except the fried chicken with salted egg sauce. It has plenty of rice for sure. The sauce didnt have much taste apart of being creamy from the egg yolk I suppose. Overall the food was good but pretty dear compared to a similar resto concept in the city. Will come back but...
