Read moreWe visit the spot during lunch hour, it was crowded but the service was brisk and fast enough. Most of the food came out at the same time, so does the drinks. The atmosphere was homey, like a family eating place from the 90s and Early 2000s but I doubt that's what people came here for.
Now moving on to the beef satay, the portion was generous for its price, each slice of beef was thick, tender, juicy, and flavourful. Slightly sweet and savoury with a nice charred fragrant. Paired with the smooth and creamy peanut sauce it was perfect for your meat craving. Optionally you can add slices chilies for kicks and some slice red shallots for an extra layer of taste. Highly recommended to dine here.
They also served sup gule, but imo, unlike the satay, it was slightly underseasoned and the broth was a little bit bland, the beef was tender and flavourful tho.
Ordered orange juice on the side but it was also a little bit diluted.
