Ambience , environment and service is definitely top-notch. I was greeted by Vicky when I was walking around looking to take photos. He is very enthusiastic and passionate in getting a lot of good photos and videos for me! I am surprised how passionate your staffs here are just make our Mood feels good even before food. However I find the main dish very average, ordered lavender gin bcoz lavender is my favourite scent however the alcohol taste is too strong. The rice is not much fragrant. Food too expensive. Upscale restaurant near Borobudur temple. After we finished climbing the Borobudur temple, we browse google map to find some nice restaurants nearby to settle our lunch, and we are surprised to find there is an Aman hotel just minutes away, so we thought there were nothing else can match this choice. The restaurant provides Indonesia food as well as Asia and western food, not too much choices but all signature. We ordered steak and prawns because we don’t like Indonesia tastes, both dishes were well prepared and served. Service level top tier as this is an Aman hotel which means they stick to the highest standard. Having dinner here was a highlight of our trip. Our own high-end hotel (which I will leave nameless here) had awful food, so this was doubly a blessing to find. We ate satay and enjoyed the chicken satay so much, we ordered more. The beef rendang was also excellent as was the potato bread. Service was very nice, and the ambiance is stunningly beautiful, but in a way that fits with the serenity of the area, being close to Borobudur Temple.
