Steak Industry Cirebon — Restaurant in Cirebon

The place is spacy (merged together with Lawangabang). It gives a strong vintage ambience. Especially with the jazz music being played. Night time would be the best time to visit.

The food is good. I ordered medium-well USDA Prime Sirloin/Aus Wagyu MB 6+ (sauteed corn included), with mashed potato as a side (you have to order separately), and black pepper sauce. The steak came out well done but it was still juicy, a bit chewy not tender, flavorful, perfectly seasoned. The sauteed corn was a bit too buttery, while the mashed potato was a bit bland. The star of the meal was the black pepper sauce. It was thick, not too spicy but has this peppery kick that compliments the steak really well. Seems like they crushed their own pepper because I could still find whole peppercorn but it gives it a nice authentic taste.

Overall the experience is a great one and I’d come back here to...

Where to start?! Probably our expectations were too high ...

Long story short, 5 adults + 1 toodler and we end up ordered few different menus.

The best and perfect one was their brazilian steak, their wagyu steak was overated, grilled chicken was okay, salmon steak was too dry, and for their bawal goreng was not as expected.

Their portions was acceptable only the plating was lack of attention/detail for restaurant with it's price.

Services can also be improved as sugar should be automatic to offered when a patron ordered coffee etc

Berkesempatan mencoba Prime Meltique Tenderloin dan Wagyu Pique Tenderloin dengan tingkat kematangan medium-well, rasa dan tekstur dagingnya juara. Hanya saja di menu tertera bahwa selain steak, kami juga mendapat carbo dan corn saute, tapi yang disajikan hanya corn saute saja. Jika ingin French Fries/Wedges/Mashed Potato bisa dibeli terpisah.

Pilihan saus yang dipilih Creamy Mushroom yang tentu saja berasa creamy dan cenderung asin dan Barbeque cenderung manis. Keduanya enak dan sepertinya tidak akan gagal, tinggal dipilih sesuai preferensi saja.

Sayangnya untuk varian Chicken Burger, roti bun-nya lembut tapi ketika dipadukan dengan mentega/bumbunya jadi membuat rotinya terlalu soggy. Selain itu, di menu tertulis terdapat coleslaw tapi yang disajikan tidak ada coleslawnya. Tetap enak sih fried chickennya tidak terlalu berminyak dan dagingnya masih terasa juicy, but still there’s room for improvement.

Untuk minumannya, coba Greenaple (18k) dan Chocomint (18k). Iced Greenaple (Timun+Nanas+Jeruk nipis) rasanya segar tapi (lagi-lagi) cukup disayangkan tidak terlalu dingin ketika disajikan. Sedangkan Chocomint, rasa Mint-nya kurang nendang, malah lebih seperti susu coklat biasa. Tapi overall, dengan harga segitu saya...
