Richeese Factory Cipto — Restaurant in Cirebon

The first time I tried Richeese Factory, which is in Cirebon precisely at Jalan Cipto Mangkusumo, the place is very comfortable and clean. The service is also very good. My favorite menu at Richeese Factory is fire chicken, which has a very spicy level of spiciness, which is level 5. I never get bored of eating this especially when I use the cheese sauce. My favorite drink is the Pink Lava, the sweetness is just right and very suitable to be consumed together with the fire chicken. You should also try the Potato Pom Pom because of its small size so it is perfect for snacking, the texture is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and very delicious to enjoy with the cheese sauce. Pelayanannya SANGAT SANGAT TIDAK RAMAH. Saya sudah ratusan bahkan mungkin ribuan kali makan siang ke richeese (dan pastinya selalu di jam makan siang manusia normal pada umumnya yaitu sekitar jam 12). Setiap kali saya ke sini bersama keluarga, kami selalu memesan paket Fire Chicken Combo dan Request PAHA ATAS tidak pernah ada masalah. Baru kali ini saya dilayani oleh Kasir Wanita (sebelumnya entah kenapa selalu Kasir Pria) dan ketika saya memesan dia malah mengarahkan saya untuk memesan paket yang Paha Bawah atau Sayap. Tentu saja SAYA MENOLAK, bukankah sudah jelas kalau customer sudah request memesan PAHA ATAS, tentu customer tsb memang sukanya makan bagian ayam PAHA ATAS. Dan saya rasa di Indonesia bahkan Dunia ada orang2 yang memang tidak suka memakan bagian ayam tertentu seperti sayap, dada atau paha bawah. Ketika saya sudah menolak saran paket yg dia tawarkan pun dia kembali berasalan, "nanti ayamnya acak ya pak bisa DADA atau PAHA ATAS". TENTU SAYA KEMBALI MENOLAK DENGAN TEGAS, mbak saya sudah request maunya PAHA ATAS tolong jangan DADA karena keluarga kami gak suka. LALU DENGAN BELAGUNYA dia jawab, "Kami sedang RUSH jadi ayamnya gak bisa milih seenaknya customer". Lalu saya bilang "Lho mbak, saya selalu makan siang ke sini TENTU SAJA DI JAM RUSH HOUR dan tidak pernah diRIBETKAN seperti ini. Mana pernah sih saya makan siang ke Richeese di jam bukan jam makan siang seperti jam 10 pagi.

Yang paling membagongkan adalah kalimat si kasir wanita ini :

"Jadi pesen apa gak nih? Gak pesen juga RICHEESE gak rugi, malahan kami bisa rugi kalau semua maunya pesan PAHA ATAS, tapi stok Paha Bawah & Dada kami numpuk gak ada yang beli"

Selama ini memang saya selalu dilayani KASIR PRIA jadi mereka gak RIBET seperti KASIR WANITA yg saat ini bertugas di pojok KIRI.

Two weeks ago, I went to Richeese Factory Cipto. The dining area is quite spacious and comfortable when I was eating there, because you can eat outdoors or indoors. The dinning area to eat there is quite clean. Richeese Factory Cipto is a fried chicken restaurant that is different from the others. The difference from the others is the fried chicken with fire sauce that covered all over the fried chicken. Spicy and sweet taste sensation from the combination of fire chicken with cheese sauce.
