Summary of Our Disappointing Visit We arrived at the restaurant around 7 p.m. and were able to get a table for three after a short wait. While the staff were friendly and the service was good, we were unfortunately let down by several issues.

Food and Service We were disappointed to find that several items on the menu were unavailable, including the vegetables that were supposed to come with our barbecue order. The meat was also extremely thin.

The buffet was another letdown. The fried foods were cold, and the small amount of salad looked old and wilted. We also found it unappetizing that (supposedly) a manager was constantly stirring the food at the buffet with a utensil. Overall, the food was quite disappointing.

Restaurant Facilities The bathroom situation was particularly frustrating. The ground floor toilet was out of order, but the sign was small and hard to see. Several employees were standing nearby and saw us heading to the bathroom, but none of them informed us until we asked. The upstairs toilet was in a terrible state—it was dirty, had no toilet seat, and had a large puddle of water on the floor.

Conclusion When we paid the bill, we brought up the bathroom issue to the cashier, who was very kind and took our feedback seriously.

While we had looked forward to our visit, we were ultimately very disappointed. We hope the management will address these issues with the food quality, facilities, and staff communication to improve the overall...

We went there around 7-7:30pm and there was a queue so had to wait for sometime. Smell was good at first and people seemed enjoying the food. They took us to 2nd floor and we were surprised by the surroundings. The air was full of smoke. We couldn’t stop coughing and also the staffs were also coughing. Since we ordered premium grill it includes 4 type of meats. However, there were only 3 kinds of meat including huge pile of sliced beef. OMG I should’ve taken the photo of it. The sliced beef we had first was like ripped off paper. I was shocked they gave us to eat. Side dishes were nothing to talk about it because all food were cold cold and the staffs weren’t even bothered to refill it. We told the staffs several times but they didn’t even care. It wasn’t a big restaurant and not many food yet had many staffs so I don’t understand why it was hard for them to arrange the things and food. Ended up sharing this unpleasant experience with the manager. It was worst ever I had experienced in Korean BBQ restaurants. Please do something about the atmosphere, food quality, and the service. 1 person - around 139k premium price. 한국사람들은 절대 가지마세요… 비싼 가격 아니라도...

Pertama kali ke sini dengan pengalaman yang paling buruk. Di lantai 2 suasana pengap, minim penyedot asap, bahkan untuk bahan bahan yg mengandung aroma pedas di larang untuk di campur dengan daging, agar ga nyegrak. Isi kulkas kosong, bahkan kulkas nya mati. Makanan pada habis. Di arahkan ambil daging di kulkas, tapi mereka ga cek cek kulkas nya, setelah aku konfirmasi ke dua kali, baru mereka bilang "oh lagi di refill daging nya." Tandanya ga profesional banget. Bahkan kulkas nya aja dlm keadaan mati. Sayuran sama sekali ga ada. Setelah tunggu 15 menitan baru di antar daging nya, ingat, DI ANTAR, tanpa kita ambil sendiri, jadi kita ga bisa milih daging daging nya. Dan di antarnya itu lumayan banyak, padahal kalo ga habis kita yang kena cas. Udh di peringatin untuk ga antar tapi katanya ga papa, ini isian nya sedikit kok. Mungkin ini cara mereka untuk ngecas customer ya. Untuk kue dan gorengan kelihatan udh layu dan lama. Setelah bayar di kasir, di arahkan untuk ambil eskrim, tapi lagi lagi kulkas eskrim nya bersih dan dlm keadaan di kunci wkwkw ga ada eskrim nya sama sekali wkwk. Setelah konfirmasi ke kasir, baru di ambilin sama pegawai nya, ternyata di dlm kulkas eskrim ada box kecil, dan di situlam eskrim nya, baru di kasih satu serutan eskrim per orng. Maksud nya, kalau emng eskrim nya kosong/ga ada + di kunci, mohon jangan arahakan customer ke sana. Itu malah nambah poin minus kalian. Kapok deh makan di situ, beneran dari laper jadi kenyang, kenyang angin dan emosi. Untuk yang mau ke sini coba pikir pikir lagi. Di tambah, bayar...
