The staffs were really bad. I was there, and up to 10 minutes there wasn’t anyone offering the menu, asking what would I like to eat, there were two staffs were doing nothing but seems don’t care that there is a guest!!!! I have been dining there the food was so so, with your so so quality of food completed with your bad service, I don’t think I would recommend people to visit here!

Indeed I am sure I wasn't ordering anything and cancelling then going out. What would you expect me to do with this kind of gesture? Busy? I believe so, I would suggest you to watch your CCTV carefully, the two of your staffs were busy joking and ignoring that there is a guest, notwithstanding if you say your menu is on QR code, did you manage yourself to ask your staff whether they did inform me or not? how would you expect the guest to know? It's an unfortunate fact, the good location and ambiance are expected to be enhanced with the humble hospitality. Read moreI'm sorry to write this review but the service was really bad. The place is nice, the food is good and they have great coffee. But I felt very unwelcomed, like an uninvited/unwanted guest. When I walked in, the staff completely ignored me, didn't even look up to say "hello" or "welcome".
I sat down and was completely ignored, no one came to my table to say "welcome you can scan this to order". It was so awkward. Maybe because I look poor, I don't know. I had to figure out that to order I had to use my phone to scan. Then no one came to my table to take my order, I had to walk up to the counter and find the waitress to place an order.
Then when I wanted to pay, I had to walk up to the counter again, and couldn't find the two waitresses anywhere, then spotted them both giggling in the corner over something on their phones.
I was very upset but I did not say anything then, I didn't want to make a scene. My partner came and asked for a menu because his phone battery died, and they said "We don't have a menu, you have to scan". They did not even offer the house gadget for him to use.
So if your phone battery has died, or you brought your parents or grandparents here who don't know how to scan to see the menu, just forget it okay. You cannot order because there is no menu. I wouldn't come back unless I...
Read moreI came to the cafe at 11:20 for breakfast. There were only 2 visitors in the cafe. I decided to sit on the second floor, where there was no one. The waiter said that the seats on the sofas were only for visitors with a minimum spending amount. I immediately said that there was no one there on the second floor, but they still refused to seat me on the sofas. I sat down at table number 14. I asked to give me time, saying that I would call the waiter when I pressed the call button on the table. I chose a dish from the breakfast menu and started calling the waiter. I had to press the button 5 times before the waiter came to me. It was so long and i already wanted to go downstairs to make an order at the checkout. The menu said that the breakfast menu is until 12:00, I ordered eggs Benedict and coffee. My order was accepted, 3 minutes later the waiter came to me and said that the breakfast menu was no longer available, since the last order was accepted until 11:00.
