Burger King Mahendradata — Restaurant in Denpasar Barat

Dine in: Nice place for a fast food restaurant. Always clean. They provide mushola or prayer room for Muslims. Have nice balcony area and more seating area. Parking is pretty wide. But as all Burger Kings chained restaurant, don’t expect more personal services from staffs like KFC or McDonalds.

Don’t forget to clean your trash and throw it to the trash bin and also bring back the tray to the tray counter after dine in. Let’s be smart wise customers. It’s a fast food and self service restaurant so your trash is your responsibility.

— Take away: I use GoFood by Gojek and GrabFood as well. Nice packing like when we take away directly from the restaurant.

— Food Quality: Just now I ordered 2pcs chicken with rice and iced tea plus 4 pcs chicken strips. I don’t like chicken strips this time personally, as it’s too hard and not soft like I used to get on other chained Burger King restaurants. Rice was too sticky, which I personally dislike (once again it’s personal preference). Chickens were fine. I got few packs of chili paste too. Iced tea was less iced but I can understand as it was take away using Ojek online.

Ordered some of burgers and French fries too last week and they were fine.

— Over all as a fast food restaurant, this branch is fine. But will give 4* first until I get another better experience with my chicken...

Pretty disappointed with going here yesterday. I went for the drive-through and upon arrival at the microphone, I was told in a barely understandable message to order at the next window. First being confused, I continued to the collection and payment window. There I waited for the previous family to receive their order before I could order myself. I asked for a promo but was bluntly told that it was not available because they were out of chicken burgers... Changing them was not an option. So now I'm standing there with no menu to choose from and having to change my order. He luckily offered some other promo's, so I ordered one of them and one that I found myself. Mine clearly said Buy One Get One, Mix and Match. When I asked which burgers are available for this promo, with a laugh he told me that it's like the image. I gave up, completed my order and paid. It took quite a while before my order was ready, I guess he was making everything himself. While waiting I noticed that you will get a toy with every drive-thru order, which was also listed on my bill, but when I opened my bag at home, I was yet again disappointed with the service I had received. So, to summarise, the staff doesn't follow the efficient system of a fast-food restaurant, doesn't know how to handle customers and probably has a lot of kids toys at home. Next time I will go to another Burger...

I would give 0 stars if I could. The worst burger and service ever. I took my family of 3 there on Sunday. Half the menu they didn't have in stock so I we couldn't order what we wanted When the food did come, the onion was just the skin, totally inedible. The fries were stone cold and the bacon was replaced with cheap ham. The staff were rude at best. The guy that was working was listening to loud music and generally just goofing around, thinking he was a comedian. It was like a play school there nobody cared or was working. I went there 2pm yesterday so you can see who was working. I run a restaurant chain here, and they would be fired immediately. I will be taking this up with senior level Burger King management. None of us could finish our meal it was so disgusting. We will NEVER eat in Burger King again, which is a shame as I use to love going to the chain.even on arrival it was smelly and to top it all we all have upset stomachs today. Just the worst dining experiences ever. The small girl that served us was incredibly rude and didn't care. He just said " everything sold out sorry " And then when I complained I think she deliberately sold us cold chips etc because we catch...
