Burger King Sesetan — Restaurant in Denpasar Selatan

The space was big, have playgrounds, food is...well it's burger king who doesn't know the taste :P but two things that they would need to pay attention, cleanliness and customer services. For cleanliness it's poor, the table is still sticky not clean enough, guest left over food is all over, several table still have trash and ice cream spill. Have to be more polite to customers, greetings, gestures ect.

This is the 3rd visit and your service is not getting any better. I asked my kid to buy 6k Ice cream and the cashier over charged it to 10k luckily we checked the receipt and confront the cashier, we got our over charged fund and the cashier apologies because she pressed the wrong button during transactions. I hoped that's what's really going on, not because the buyer is a minor. Please fix your service BK, we liked your food so please help us like...

I can see that Burger King finally replies to reviews now which is good. Hope I can revisit soon to see if they have improved. Review below is based from my experience a week after the opening a few years ago.

Whoever owns this place need to RE-TRAIN the staffs. I ordered a package that includes a Whopper Jr but got Jalapeno Cheese (in Whopper paper wrap) instead.

I let the girls know about this before I leave just so they can improve themselves. Didn't complain or asked for a replacement cos I have read what other customer experienced from the reviews.

The staffs were friendly but obviously didn't know their products...

I recently had the opportunity to dine at Burger King Sesetan with my daughters during the late afternoon. The parking lot was quite spacious and the dining area provided ample seating for us. The staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which added to our overall positive experience. Although the food was not exceptional in terms of taste, it wasn't terrible either. Despite the slightly small portion sizes, we found ourselves surprisingly satisfied. I would highly recommend this place as a quiet and enjoyable spot to hang out with friends and family, as long as there are no loud birthday celebrations...
