First time visiting this place in 2016 and until now they still maintain their taste and price (which is great!). I just ordered Nasi Goreng Kemangi for dinner. “Kemangi” is basil type, in Australia some people call it with Asian basil, but the taste (for me) still different thou. Nasi Goreng Kemangi contains scrambled egg and chicken chunk for proteins, and equipped with “acar” or Indonesian pickle (sliced carrot & cucumber) and slice green chili with sweet soy sauce. Despite living for the last 5 years very close to this warung we did not use. About a month ago I looked again at the menu and we gave it a try - so glad we did. The menu is quite comprehensive for a smaller Warung ( which is always steadily busy at traditional meal times I should add). We have used the Warung maybe 6-7 times already and so far no disappointments. The food is prepared quickly, packaged well and portion size is great. Great food at a fantastic price. The brother in law comes here multiple times every trip (he's here probably 3 or 4 times a year) for a "snack" and leaves with about 5 meals, all of which are freakin delicious! Me as a dirty aussie ginger white boy, with a typical white boy stomach which can't handle dodgy food, has zero problems with the food here! Their hygiene has to be spot on. My only problem with this place.... they're not open early enough. I cant come here to get something...
