I don't care about how good the food is, but the service IS really bad. It took us 3 hours to wait for the food. They did say that the kitchen is busy, and might take some time to get our orders out. However, we did not see any "busy" activities in the kitchen. In fact, people were just walking in circles, as if they did not take us seriously.. Sometimes it is tolerable to wait a little longer for your food to come at restaurants, but waiting for 3 hours is just unbelievably absurd, and straight disrespectful.. We canceled some of the orders as they still haven't managed to get them out.. What a waste of time. It is NOT recommended if you are coming in groups, the staff and the owner simply don't take...

a true hidden gem for japanese food in sesetan/denpasar area. really recommend to try this place!

their negitoro don is a must ordered item, the price is cheap compared to the portion & the freshness of negitoro🤩👍🏼
