Mixue Pesanggaran — Restaurant in Denpasar Selatan

I ordered a specific Icecream that I have enjoyed in the past, but unfortunately, the IcecreamI received was not what I had ordered. When I tried to explain the error to the staff, they dismissed my concern and told me that I had ordered the wrong Icecream. This is a very frustrating experience for any customer, as ordering the correct food is a basic requirement for any restaurant.

It is important for Mixue to take customers' orders accurately and provide the food they ordered. I urge the Mixue to address this issue and ensure that customers' orders are not mistaken in the future.
