food was decent at most. the staff are quite questionable. one kept spamming the bell. i think a few were yelling at each other (not sure if it was them or the other customers). atmosphere was very loud and crowded. the space isn’t that big. table placement not the best. the music was very loud too and it just got annoying because of all of the other loud sounds inside. i love the music, mostly jazz or classical jazz i do like that a lot. except the volume was quite loud and did not go well with the rest of the noises and the annoying bell ringing. the beverages were nothing special in my opinion, especially the teas and coffee. the hainan chicken rice had like 2 different broths. the chicken was a bit dry. the rice was a bit dry too. the hainan overall taste did not go well with each other. there was sweet and mostly salty but the tastes didn’t go well together. fix the seasonings. the chicken might have been overcooked.

this is the second time i am here. the first time i didn’t actually eat anything because they were full inside and the outdoor area is just humid and hot and just not suitable for eating at all. it was really dark too. the parking guy is also quite slow and parking there is just not very great especially when it’s full.

i was about to finish typing but they don’t have any service access or hallway or anything like that. two guys just passed the whole restaurant bringing a gas tank outside. could be very dangerous if other customers were walking around too. and it’s just disturbing.

there was a customer on a wheelchair tho so i’m guessing it’s...

As per 8th feb 2024, They opened but not fully prepared. As usual people flock to brand new place in denpasar so expect difficulties of getting a seat. Car park also difficult, better ride motorbike.

What we order :

Mie Ayam, not that good. But it's according to my friend so I can't explain..

Nasi mala, breaded chicken a bit too dry and salty for my taste. Portion is small. But enough for female.

Siomay is 3 pcs small size siomay. Decent taste but considering the price... not in a good balance.

Kulit tahu. Surprisingly decent filling. But kinda oily. Should be strained more, but it came super late so can't be helped.

Kaya toast, unlike the picture on the menu, it's thin toasted bread, barely taste the kaya jam. I got better kaya toast at Chinese warung at dalung area for less the price . So this kaya toast is a letdown.

Staff seems to be overwhelmed and lack of direction. Our dumplings came super late. It supposed to be appettizer, not dessert. Management, pls do better.

I'd say the level of food in this place similar to mie gacoan but a bit more expensive and have Singapore peranakan...

Worst customer service ever!!! We sat at a round table for 3 people and the waitress took our order...a few minutes after the order was taken....a lady probably the manager suddenly asked us to move just because there were guests ( young woman) coming (actually the table was up until we finished the food it still empty as the picture...maybe a table for their bag???).

Hello, is that your customer service SOP? We came and pay our food. I think the lady manager need to be trained about customer service to be able to set a good example for their staff. Your problem is because you don't manage tables and reservations. Place a reserved sign on tables so that incoming customers will be seated at unreserved tables. Be smart and effective.

The food is ok for its price.... may be make it less sweet. Actually, the atmosphere in the restaurant was quite ok if the incident...
