Bakso Klenger Ratu Sari (Meatball) — Restaurant in Depok

I was disappointed when the available menu was only Klenger-kind bakso, it was around 5 PM. So, my friend and I ordered this Bakso Klenger. For me, the taste and flavor isn't really special. In my own opinion, the taste has no 'landmark'; you can find these bakso and kuah taste in other regular bakso seller. In other word, I could say that the savor were 'biasa aja'. Kinda disappointed actually. And also, this place maybe often visited by buskers, because there was one when I eat there. But, this place has a really good decoration. It is spacious, colorful, interesting, and cozy enough for me. Not only desks and chairs, this place also provides lesehan in a cottage which has a nice ornament and structure. Furthermore, the waiters were so friendly. Even though the savor has no 'landmark', but this kind of bakso has a landmark for sure. You can find bakso from a regular-sized to bigger-than-basket-ball-sized in here, which you will never see these kind of bakso anywhere except in this Bakso Klenger Yogyakarta. The parking lot in front of the building was large enough to park a lot of motorcycles. balls are as big as it advertised in everywhere, and yes it is as heavy as it looks like.

I was unable to taste the ultimate, since I'm under less-cholesterol diet, and no one in my family wondering the same idea to defeat the ultimate.. ;)

just got the chance with the klenger, which is as big as a baseball, it has full telor-kampung, and cow fats inside of it.

broth are best, it was thick and spicy. it is the same broth for every size of balls you order.

last star, was for the location of the store.. parking lots are nearly minimum, so there will be traffic jam caused by the parking cars of their guests. no air conditioning but walls are open so guests have natural air conditioning.. (you can imagine a high-noon in jogja in the middle of the city, in the middle of a should-be-best-in-hot-cuisine place temperature? nearly 40..)

Once you've arrived in the location, you'll be welcomed by the unique content from the building of Bakso Klenger restaurant. It has a bunch of colourful paintings and also has the cheerful vibes.

As for the menu itself, you may choose different kinds of meatballs within a lot of variety of tastes. Even the size from the meatballs are indeed stunning, you may oder the biggest menu which is around 6 kilos or even more that is filled with some slices of meat and hot sauces, plentiful of boiled eggs also huge amount of beef broth.
