Goeboek Bamboe Cinangka — Restaurant in Depok

This restaurant is conveniently located on the main street, offering easy access and a spacious parking lot. We visited on a Saturday afternoon, and although the rain kept the crowd at bay, the ambiance remained inviting.

The dining area features an outdoor setting with a main section and several charming "saung" (traditional huts) that enhance the Sundanese vibe. There’s also a mini playground for children, although we were unable to enjoy it due to the weather.

The menu showcases a delightful array of Sundanese dishes, ranging from fresh fish to vibrant vegetable options. We sampled several items: Ayam Goreng (IDR 19k), Ayam Rica Rica (IDR 33k), Genjer (IDR 21k), Tempe Mendoan (IDR 12k), and the Paket Gurame Telur Asin (IDR 30.5k).

I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability and generous portions, particularly with the Ayam Rica Rica. While the flavors were satisfying, I found the Gurame Telur Asin to be the standout dish, with the others having room for improvement.

Malam ini makan di goeboek bamboe pesan makanan aneka rupa + sambel dadak 2 porsi, tdk diinfo sambelnya super pedas padahal saya suka sambel yg pedas bgt aja masih tdk sanggup makan sambel dadaknya apalg suami dan anak saya yg notabene suka pedas tapi ya pedas biasa aja gak gila pedasnya. Setelah makan dan bayar saya memberi masukan ke pelayannya dgn santun supaya lain x klu bikin sambel pedesnya jgn kebangetan kasian yg gak suka terlalu pedes jadi gak kmakan dan mubazir tapi jawaban mas pelayannya sengak bgt katanya "sambel ya pedes Bu" trs saya jawab iya mas sambel memang pedes tapi gak seperti itu level pedesnya, rumah makan Tjondro tuh contohnya pedesnya masih bisa kmakan kok, jd kcewa dikasi masukan baik2 jawabannya songong pdhl bbrp x makan ke goeboek bamboe tapi sejak hari ini udah blacklist deh dan gak akan ngasi rekomendasi buat arisan di sini lagi utk arisan yg saya adakan.
