Iâm from out of town so getting here was a bit of a journey, but it turns out its not too far from St. Depok. It was a hot afternoon and I was sweating like crazy, partly because of the weather and partly because I was nervous to see my date.
We ordered a burger and spaghetti carbonara. I was so hungry I basically inhaled the burger in seconds. She said the carbonara was a little tooâŠcreamy? But it looked pretty good to me, so if youâre into creamy pasta youâd probably enjoy it.
The place itself is comfy and chill. We sat outside on the terrace and ended up staying for hours, just talking and talking. She pointed out the shirt I was wearing, said sheâd made the exact same one at her work. Maybe it was just a coincidence, or maybe it was meant to be.
I donât remember all the little details about the place because honestly I was too caught up in her. But I do remember the staff handed out little candles to every table. Just a small touch but it made everything feel a little more romantic.
Unfortunately I had to head home early. We said goodbye, slowly, heavily. She stayed behind to finish some work, and I left the place. But somehow the place never really...
Read moreI visited this cafĂ© during a public holiday, and despite the limited dining space, it was nearly full, reflecting its popularity. While the cafĂ© isnât situated on the main street, parking was surprisingly convenient right in front.
The ambiance is both clean and simple, featuring both indoor and outdoor seating that exudes classic European vibes. This makes it a pleasant option for those looking to work remotely in a cozy environment.
We ordered the Tempura Chicken Curry (5/5 for 50k), which was a delightful fusion of flavors; the Biscoff Toast (5/5 for 40k), a sweet treat that did not disappoint; an Iced Mocha (4/5 for 35k), which was rich and satisfying; and a Japanese Iced Drip Coffee (a solid 5/5 for 35k), which stood out for its depth of flavor. Their choco lava cake is also one of the best, with vanilla ice cream on it.
Overall, the food and coffee were delicious and reasonably priced, making it a great value. The service was commendable as well; our meals were served promptly despite the café being quite busy. I would definitely recommend this café for its inviting atmosphere and...

I went there as a family of 5 on Saturday at around 11am and there were only 1-2 other tables occupied, so it wasn't crowded (perfect).
FOODS & DRINKS We ordered the breakfast platter and it was delicious. The baked mushrooms and tomato were drenched in olive oil and the salad had sweet dressing (probably honey). Eggs and toast cooked perfectly.
For latte they have 2 options (gayo single or blended based). I've tried both and prefer the blended version. We also ordered red velvet and avocado latte but they were a bit too sweet for our taste buds.
SERVICE The staffs were great. I've come to several other Cafés on the areas and this place has one of the friendliest staffs I've met. Food serving time was reasonable.
VIBE I think they are using an old Dutch style house and converted it to a Cafe. Cool interior design. Great when it isn't crowded, but not sure when they are packed with customers.
The only bit downside was the parking spot for cars because cars has to be parked on the street. But because the place is hidden so virtually no traffic there and you can...
