Pizza Hut Restoran - Depok Town Center — Restaurant in Depok

Tbh honest, I have a mixed feeling about this restaurant. Let's start with the positive. The pizza is perhaps the tastiest pizza I've eaten. I didn't want to finish it because it was so good, but I did and it was kinda hurt. The location however, it's hard to access the place especially with public transportation, and the placement of the restaurant is also very confusing. It took me a while to found it even when I was inside of the building. The service is also, unfortunately, a bit disappointing. The staff looked like they're keeping their distance and avoiding me whenever I encountered them even though I was the only costumer at that time. And when I asked one of the staff to make a balloon dog just so I could record it, the staff said that the management prevent her to do it for me while normally, every single Pizza Hut restaurant allow me to at least record the process. I really wanted to give a full score but I can't. Sorry for being a difficult...

baru saja kecewa dengan pelayanan, disini, dr awal masuk disuruh pesan lewat aplikasi, tapi ngga didampingi, di aplikasi ada promo free melts, tapi ketika ditanyakan, ada s&k nya tapi ngga dijelaskan apa, hanya utk takeaway dan delivery saja tanpa ada penjelasan apapun, pelayan dipanggil kaya bete, ngga tau ada masalah apa, dan ketika saya sudah pilih order manual, satu pesanan utama saya yg paling pertama saya pilih ngga dimasukkan komputer, alhasil nunggu lama, dgn bawa 2 anak kelaparan, mbak pelayannya ngotot malah ngebalik²in omongan saya, memang saya bicara demikian tapi bukan itu intinya, intinya saya pesan menu masi meatball dan ngga dicatat, padahal saya tunjuk di buku menu, dgn berat hati mbaknya bilang " MUNGKIN saya yg salah.." mungkin?? ya memang sudah salah, ngotot dan balik debatin saya, harusnya tinggal bilang, maaf ibu, tidak tercatat di saya, apa boleh menunggu 10 menit utk saya buatkan? sudah lama ngga kesini, tapi pelayanan masih ngga berubah,...

The place is the nearest Pizza hut restaurant in my housing complex. The same standard as the other Pizza hut restaurant in Jakarta. The different is the staffs especially who handles in cashier area, always called me by my name. It's an extra ordinary feelings if you are a customer.
