Rumah Makan Saung Talaga — Restaurant in Depok

My friend told me that this place is cozy for me and my family to have lunch with.

So I decided to take my family to have lunch there. It was Sunday. The place was so crowded. I decide to wander the place before lunch.

I can say the place quite unique. It is a restaurant but it is a recreation place as well. There is a swimming pool inside and a lake in the premises. You can ride a boat there. Don't worry, there^s a boatman stand by.

There is also a teak wood furniture gallery inside. If you are fond of unique furniture from teak wood, this place you can consider to visit

How about the food? Well we are not try it yet since it is too crowded. I just want to play safe with this Pandemic thing still going on.

The reason I gave three stars is that no employee greet the guest on the entrance, so many dirty plate on the empty table for quite long and the place is not clean if I can't say dirty. Maybe because it's their peak time (lunch time on Sunday).

I still consider this place to visit in near future just to taste the food. Hope the food and the services satisfies me...

It has nice view and good atmosphere with a lot of trees. It has pool for kids, swings, and boats that you can used. But I can just give it 4 starts because we booked 2 gazebos but 1 of them still have customers when we arrived, and the waiter response kinda late and confusing. The food is okay I think, 2 or 3 foods not really my taste but not really come to my expectations. For example I thought "Fried Noodle" has a lot of vegetables but it turn out just have noodles and eggs, the vegetables not in fried noodles...

Pertama kali kesini tahun 2016 waktu penganten baru, jadi semua terlihat bintang 5 wkwk, makanan jadi enak, layanan jadi terasa ok, suasana nyaman, iya karena waktu itu lagi bahagia 😆.

Tapi pas 2023 kesini lagi masih sama sih, ok semua,, berarti emang ok beneran ya gaesss. Instagramable, ada perahu di telaga kek berasa syuting film my heart, sayangnya aku yang jadi ikannya di telaga. Telaganya bersih, banyak ikan bawal kek aku kalo lagi good mood, jadi bawal banget. Bawel kaliii.. Hihihi. Banyak rumput gajah di pinggir saung, untungnya gajahnya kagak kelelep.

Dulu pas 2016 sebelah sayap kiri masih kebun banyak pohon, eh bukan deng banyak pu'un. Orang Depok Parung gak kenal pohon, kenalnya pu'un. Sekarang saungnya banyak, sdh ke sayap kiri, soalnya kalo cuma sayap kanan aja nantinya gak. seimbang kayak aku tanpa dirimu #eakkkkkkk, ditambahin pula jembatan kecil jadi makin kece yekan. Mamamnya juga enak2, cocok buat yang suka rasa ori, gak terlalu medok, dan yang penting sih cocok di lidah akyuuuuu. Berchandyaaaa gaes,, tapi emang enak kok. Rekomen gurame bakar, ayam teriyaki, karedok, cah kangkung, cah ayuuuu, ups..itumah yg baca deng.. Harga standar menu berat kisaran 25k ke atas sesuai menu, atau menu per-entehan 10k lebih dikit. Patut dicoba sih Bestie.....
