This particular branch of Sambal Bakar Indonesia delivers a dining experience that is consistent with what the brand is known for. The chicken and duck dishes I ordered were cooked thoroughly and served with the restaurant’s signature sambal bakar, which added a bold and distinctive flavor to the meal. Accompanied by genjer greens and a refreshing aloe vera iced drink, the entire meal proved to be both satisfying and memorable. The restaurant features a generous number of tables, offering a variety of seating arrangements. Guests can choose between traditional floor seating (lesehan), standard table setups, or large communal tables designed for groups and gatherings. This flexibility makes the space accommodating for both solo diners and larger parties. However, there is a minor drawback worth mentioning. Some of the tables do not have the QR codes required for online ordering, which may cause inconvenience for guests who prefer to place their orders digitally. It is advisable to check with the staff or find a table equipped with a QR code if you plan to order this way. Parking is another highlight of this location. The lot is spacious enough to accommodate approximately ten cars, with additional room for a greater number of motorbikes. Its location, set back from the main road, creates a calm and peaceful environment. Background music playing within the restaurant further enhances the relaxed atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal.

Well i must say this place is so hype atm. The parking lot is almost packed and the inside place is also really full of people. There are upstairs and downstairs sitting I think and the ambiance is nice. They have some kind of open kitchen here. But well, the food is just okay for me ( i tried the chicken, the nila fish and the lele, along with cah kangkung bakar and bakwan jagung) as for the drink i order the the tawar. Tastewise just so so for me. The sambal is actually ok (they have 3 options the level 1 2 and 3 i forgot the exact name). I chose the 2 barra if i'm not mistake and it's okay but the fried foods are super dry imo. It's kinda hard to chew. Bakwan jagung is nice but too dry as well.

as a place that has "sambal" on its name, it is best that they have delicious sambal. but I think their sambal could still have upgrade. the place is spacious, with electric fan. parking space also spacious. price is low to middle, they have special affordable package with plain iced tea. sambak kulit I think one of the most ordered menu, the chicken skin is delicious. also ordered ribs, but I don't really like it. and guess what is their best food? cah kangkung! I think it is one of the best. you should really try it!

I'm going to be strictly base this review on my own experience Food : taste-wise okay, but we're getting cold foods served on burnable plates. When you serve something in this plate, you'll expect it to be hot, or warm at the very least. The taste is okay at best, but maybe it was because it is not warm enough. The chicken skin is the one brought my review up to 2 stars. Service : Bad, like, really bad. My first serving comes at 45 minutes after payment. When I see the small serving of the rice, I ordered another serving of rice. And wdyk, It took then 30 minutes to serve me yet another cold rice Atmosphere : The place is quite big, but the cleaning is a mess. the employees wasn't equiped with proper tools to clean up the tables quickly. The only thing preventing me from giving this a 1 star is to prevent all these employees to be unemployed. Mr. Iben, before you open up another branch, it is better for you to make sure all your existing branch to properly serve your...
