Foodpedia Dumai — Restaurant in Dumai City

Last week my friend and I went to a foodpedia stall, we were there at 06.00 before breaking the fast. We ordered the chicken penyet package because of the same class. In the penyet chicken package that we ordered includes a drink, basil syrup and 1 bottle of mineral water and there are 3 dates. I like the chicken penyet it tastes good, the rice is not too hard, not too soft just the right fit, there is tofu and tempeh,there is fresh vegetables too but unfortunately the vegetables are not fresh enough, the syrup is also fresh, but the sauce is less spicy, but overall I like it. the place is aesthetic really good, there are lots of nice decorations and lots of photo spots there too, according to the tastes of today's teenagers.I like that there is a rooftop so you can see the twilight.I recommend this penyet chicken, the sauce is suitable for those of you who can't eat spicy you can enjoy this. for those of you who like it spicy maybe you can request to ask for even more spicy. and also I recommend that the star rock n roll drink is fresh and the drink is included in the special foodpedia best...

Last month, my sister,my cousin and I went to a restaurant that just opened in Dumai City. Restaurant is called food pedia dumai.where there were very many customers and we happened to go on a Sunday night. I ordered food jontor ayam noodles and the drink was avocado juice.The prices vary and of course the food is delicious. the place is luxurious, beautiful and suitable for taking pictures, but at that time the service was not satisfactory, maybe because there were too many customers.The atmosphere is relaxed and accompanied by music make us comfortable and feel at home sitting in...

Semoga kritikan dan saran di bawah ini bisa di terima dan pihak foodpedia bisa menjadi lebih baik Kritikan: 1.Awal saya datang, waiters nya tidak langsung melayani, nunggu di samperin sama suami baru mereka mengantarkan menu ke meja Terlalu banyak pilihan menu. Jadi taste makanan nya tidak ada yang ngena di lidah, kebanyakan hambar dan tidak enak Sumpit untuk dimsum saya kotor, seperti ada kotoran lengket dan ada bulu nya. Ketika saya complain ke waiters, mereka malah memberikan sumpit yang baru dengan tangan kosong. Di pegang langsung sama tangan waiters???!!! (Shock!) Meja di sebelah kami, tidak langsung di bersihkan padahal itu sangat menganggu kenyamanan pelanggan yang lain, terlihat kotor. Bahkan sampai kami selesai pun, meja kami dan meja di sebelah kami masih belum di bersihkan (saya melihat ketika sedang bayar di kasir) Gelas minuman yang disajikan retak-retak, walaupun cuma gelas plastik dan tidak akan bocor, tapi itu terlihat sangat tidak profesional

Saran: Saran yang paling penting yaitu Training karyawan sebelum di pekerjakan. Bagaimana cara melayani pelanggan ketika datang, bagaimana mengantarkan peralatan makanan yang di ganti. (Harusnya sumpit di bungkus tissue dan di tarok di tatakan *point 1) dan lainnya -Terlalu banyak menu itu sebenarnya kurang bagus. Karena bisa mempengaruhi rasa makanan itu sendiri. Lebih baik pilih satu menu yang jadi value dan kembangkan rasanya sehingga orang2 mau untuk kembali. Kalopun ada menu pendamping, jangan terlalu banyak, cukup...
